help anyone AOS

hey all..

I am having such a bad day man o man... I received an email from NVC

saying that my AOS package is incomplete they mentioned a few things such as missing ds 230 files which I know because I have not sent that in yet.I am still waiting for the documents from my country.Also they gave me a check list like missing documents...I read through them and funny how everything is there and yet they are saying missing..concerning the i 864 .. like employment status which I gave a job letter..also wanted W2 from 09 but I was unemployed ... can someone shed some light please really getting pist off..hope you guys understand..my country is playing games with my wifes passport and police clearance..and I paid them extra for urgent processing and now I am getting this ####### from NVC.. excuse my lang. guys..

I believe your AOS has been scanned, this is the reason they are giving you a checklist for submitting DS-230. To be sure of not getting any RFE for AOS, you can call NVC. NVC operator give you best answer.

they sent me a checklist

job letter..which i have already sent along with the package.

then W-2 from 09 but i was unemployed..what what w-2 form can I show.

then missing tax of 09 which i sent already how come they are asking for them again..? should I resend them again? and thanks for your help

If you have sent all the doc with I-864 then u should be fine unless they have lost your job letter. I would suggest you to call NVC and also send the email stating that you were unemployed(explain the situtation.) Samething happened to one of my friend then he sent them a mail stating that he is unemployed and he showed the proof of the umemployement.

By the way when they (NVC) received your I-864 package or when they scanned your package.

Because I sent my I-864 package around same time and AVR says NVC is still waiting for bioghraphic form from the petioner which we have not send them yet.
