I think they're not updating the website anymore because I didn't get any updates or email about my approval.

We just received our approval letter today. first time in this thread (I didnt want to jynx things)

I 751 - 1/28/11

NOA1 - 2/1/11

Biometrics 3/3/11 (incidentally, this is the day my wives card expired)

Approval Letter 8/5/11.

Service Center: VSC of course

NO UPDATES from website txt or email.

Other info:

We never called to check on our case.

We did not use the Affidavits - we just provided a lot of paper evidence and photos.

No idea. What the consensus on following up with a phone call to USCIS. We are past the 6 month estimate but does that really mean anything?

It sucks to be still waiting but there's not much else I can do. We are lucky enough to have a lawyer at this point so just hanging on until we hear from them.

No idea. What the consensus on following up with a phone call to USCIS. We are past the 6 month estimate but does that really mean anything?

I'm one to lean towards calling them. Can't hurt, might help.

We are still waiting (impatiently). This part is taking much longer than the fiance visa or the AOS process.

3/27/2009 Conditional green card date

Lifting Conditions

12/31/2010 Sent package via USPS

1/6/2011 Package delivered

1/7/2011 NOA date

2/8/2011 Biometrics

10/28/2011 Approval notice

11/11/2011 Green card received
