Just got RFE in the mail today. Not sure what else they need... We already sent the copy of Benny's green card, bank statement, copy of 1040. (I'll have to look at my copy at home) We don't have bills in both our names. Any ideas?

OMG - best news ever - I GOT MY GREENCARD IN THE MAIL TODAY!

I sent my RFE in early april and today I got the most wonderful envelope in the mail today - actually, 2 envelopes from USCIS. One stating they approved my status and to expect a card, and the second one was the actual card!! It was approved on 4/20/11.

SO happy! Thanks to all for the support and hang in there the rest of you - it will happen soon. :star:

Hang in there - I also got an RFE, sent it in and now I have a greencard in my hand in only a few week's time.

For mine, they were missing the Tax return documents - did you include those? Then there's joint bills, accounts, I submitted a letter from my employer stating my husband is listed under my life and health insurance. Can't think of anything else at the moment.

We included the 1040 & IT40 for 2009 (hadn't done 2010 yet), copy of Benny's green card, and the Decmeber bank statement.

My employer is out of the country for two more weeks so I couldn't get anything from them. I'll have to get something from the insurance company directly. Our landlord hasn't had us sign a new rental agreement (Benny was just listed as an occupant since it was before he got here on the K1 visa) so I don't have a "current" one.

Finally.. I received an email today @ 4pm.

Your Case Status: Card/ Document Production

On April 25, 2011, we ordered production of your new card. Please allow 30 days for your card to be mailed to you. If we need something from you we will contact you. If you move before you receive the card, call customer service at 1-800-375-5283.

Will update again when I receive the card.

Can someone please update me on the list? Thanks.
