I finally received my biometrics notice on 03/07/11 - 42 days after the NOA1 approval date.

My appointment is on 03/30/11 (in Tampa, FL). Cheers!

I missed my biometrics appointment that is supposedly last Feb28 because the letter was sent to the wrong address. Long story short is the person who used to live in our house has the same last name as my maiden name. So some of my mail was sent to her house when she change address. Luckily she went to my house to give my mail from USCIS and tax paper. I went to ASC in Boston and told the officer of what happened. She is very nice to let me do my biometrics yesterday March 8. Thank God its done. Now Im worried that my greencard will also be send to the wrong address if they write my maiden name... Hopefully it will be ok.

Congrats to those who got their approval. VSC plss get it moving!

Hi all--

We sent our I-751 in on Jan 28, 2011 to VSC by certified mail. It was received and they cashed the check immediately.

We have NOT received ANYTHING from USCIS regarding our application--now it is March 10, they day her green card expires.

What's up? Any advice? Is it worth while to wait or should I call?

I just received an email

On March 8, 2011, we ordered production of your new card Please allow 30 days for your card to be mailed to you.

I should thank my WM Lawyer Tom Langford for putting my case together.

Congrats!!! :thumbs: Do update us when you have the card in hand. I wonder how long it takes from order to produce to card in hand :)

I received the card this morning in the mail :). As was predicted by my WM it took me 7 weeks to get approved.

See you guys in 2012 for Citizenship :).

When is the Receipt Date on your NOA letter? I think 02/07 is the letter received date ...?

If that date is really the Receipt Date, I think you should join February Filers thread...

Ooooh... I just checked my case status online and it says - On March 10, 2011, we mailed you a notice that we have approved this CRI89 PETITION TO REMOVE CONDITIONS OF PERMANENT RESIDENT STATUS RECEIVED.

YAY!! Not sure if this is just an approval notice and the card will be ordered and mailed separately....

Wish I get my card before the 24th of March. My driver's license expires then and would like to get a 10 year renewal instead of a one year temporary one.

11/21/2008 - I-130, I-864, I-485, I-765, I-131 - Package sent.

11/25/2008 - Delivered to Chicago Lockbox.

12/05/2008 - Checks Cashed and NOA1 date (DAY 1)

12/12/2008 - NOA1 & Biometrics received dated 12/5 (DAY 8)

12/22/2008 - Received RFE letter by USPS (DAY 18)

12/23/2008 - Mailed back RFE requirements (DAY 19)

12/31/2008 - Case processing resumed for I-485 (DAY 27)

01/02/2009 - Biometrics Appointment (DAY 29)

01/30/2009 - EAD Card production ordered (on hubbz's birthday!! What a nice present from USCIS!) (DAY 57)

03/14/2011 - Received 10yr green card in mail (Praise the Lord!)

Congrats Petersons :dance: !! You didn't get e-mail for card production order? Normally that comes first.

I'll put 3/10 for approval date for now. Let us know the real decision date when you get mail :)
