we're July filers, already way up from the 5month timeline processing yet no response. last time USCIS updated our case was Oct21. since then it seemed to have been abandoned to nowhere. we called last week and the lady said that theyre currently working on July 10th filers or as of NOA1 dates...ours is 13th so were hoping to hear anything soon??? we plan to call them again this monday..whew!!! This waiting has been a pain in the butt!!! :wacko:

Timeline

For most

count up to 180 days from your NOA-1 USCIS has to approve your case

until than they will just tell you to wait until your reach 180 days

to call why your case hasnt been approved yet.
