We received our NOA 2 last weekend, really glad, Now we are preparing for Packet 3 and Packet 4.

I (Petitioner) will be sending I-134, letter from the bank, letter from the employer, letter of intent, and pay stubs.

Have some questions:

My Fiance will submit DS230 Part1 with Packet 3, does she need to submit Part 2 somewhere in future, Packet 4 does not ask for it.

Packet 3 mentioned I need to arrange for my 1040 Tax statement along with w2 for her interview but Packet 4 does not ask for this .. Do i need to provide this info?

Packet 3 mentioned to provide my proof of citizenship for the interview such as copies of my passport or naturalization certificate, but packet 4 does not, do I need to provide this?

Do I (Petitioner) need to send my birth certificate? I am not born in US, i am naturalized.

Do I need to notarize I-134? If yes, any notary from US will work?

Do I need to send the photocopy of NOA2 and photocopies of the original I-129F submission? Packet 4 does not ask for it.

Thanks for all your help in advance.

1) No part 2, just part 1 of DS-230 needed for K-Visas

2) IRS returns, OR Transcripts you need to attach to your I-134, Packet mentions this because packet 3 is the instruction packet, it tells beneficiary what they need to gather up before they get invited for an interview (packet 4).

3) Packet mentions this because packet 3 is the instruction packet, it tells beneficiary what they need to gather up before they get invited for an interview. (Since you send photo copies of citizenship evidence to USCIS the consulate may want to confirm validity of this evidence.

4) No birth cert, however you send your naturalization cert.

5) You may want to read I-134's instructions, Notary requirement was dropped 2 years ago..

You must sign Form I-134 in your full name. (Note: Signing Form I-134 is under penalty of perjury under U.S. law). For this reason, it is not necessary to sign Form I-134 before a notary, nor to have your signature notarize after you sign it.

6) Not needed, however having this at interview may be handy if the officer asks to see, but probably wont.

OUR TIME LINE Please do a timeline it helps us all, thanks.

Is now a US Citizen immigration completed Jan 12, 2012.

Question: Does all the info that the petitioner sends back to NVC end up at the interview? I ask because it is impossible for me to get documents to and from my fiance.

For instance, If I submit the tax information in what I send to the NVC does he have to also bring a copy of this to the interview? (I could email him copies of everything, but they either won't be signed or they will be scanned non-originals)

Also of concern, the original evidence of our relationship which I have in my possession. Does he need to get this or will what I submitted with the I-129f be attached to the whole dossier that gets sent to the consulate?

I'm not near the NVC phase but I'm going to be seeing him next week and I want to make sure that we both have everything we need because after that the next time will be when he gets here (hopefully!).

When I applied for I-129F, I sent in my original Naturalization Certificate. They have not mailed it back to me yet. What should I do? Just make photocopies of my Passport? Is my Naturalization Certificate sent to US Embassy in India?

Any ideas about the certificate guys?

Plus, I got a letter from USCIS that the application has been sent to the embassy in India but my Fiance still has not received a letter. USCIS sent the info to US Embassy in India on Dec 17. How long will it take to get an interview?
