hi guys, i wanna ask if i need to have more vaccinations here in US for my vaccination record for applying AOS? when i had my medical in PH, the nurse told me to just continue 2vaccines in US.. i checked my copy of vaccination, on the results it says Vaccine History Incomplete. i just worry cos they require for complete vaccination. thank you..

The series just need to be started for doctor in USA to sign off on the I-693.

Is now a US Citizen immigration completed Jan 12, 2012.

If it says incomplete then I suggest you go see a civil surgeon and get your vaccinations transcribed over to the I-693 part 1&2 vaccination part only and part 5. If you need any they will give them to you

As you stated you were told when you did your medical in PH that you need two extra shots, then yes, you need to see a CS here in the US and have the shots done and the proper parts of the I-693 done for a vaccination transcription.
