this week, I have successfully interviewed for the CR1 Visa at the American Embassy, but unfortunately the consular told me that ur name clearance is still pending and they can not issue my visa for this reason. the officer told me maybe ur name is close to somebody's else! and u should wait longer!

Now I'm really depressed and sad, anybody can tell me what to do right now? Do I have to wait any more? It's about 4 month since I have filed my petition.

Please let me know:

1. What was ur own experience? How long did it take to clear ur name?

2. Is there any way to track it back? Can I contact FBI or anywhere else to get some useful information about my name clearance?

3. Can I consult an immigration attorney to resolve my problem? Can they do anything for me to expedite the process?

Any suggestion is appreciated in advanced.
