i need your advice here..

married civil 2006 in my home country philippines before i came here in US,after a year(2007) i file divorce we got divorced, then after 4 years(2010) got my greencard thru work and never been married in US. came back philippines rekindle my love with my ex wife we married again in church (june 2010). but never been anulled in my home country. basically im married and never been anulled in philippines.what happen basically got married, divorce and remarried to the same woman:)came back here in US and planning to petition her.

here's my question:

1. what should i put married / divorce? in my form i-130 cause basically im married to the same person.

2. if i put divorce and put her name with my previous wife will it make confusion? then married the same person with the same name???

3. can i just put married in my application form. bassicaly im just marrying the same person and put our latest

date of our marriage in the church date wedding? and just provide evidence of divorce decree if uscis need additional evidence?

Were you formally divorced? The marriage laws ni PI aren't really what is important here. If the US recognizes your divorce then you were divorced.

Regardless, you re-married so now you are married...not divorced. However, since I assume you were legally divorced, I'd submit all the info for the divorce and explain in a cover letter the situation
