Fees

If you have previously paid all fees due to the National Visa Center, there will be no additional fees to pay on the day of the interview. If you have not paid fees at the National Visa Center, please be prepared to pay the following fees on the day of your interview.

I-130 immigrant petitions filed in Canada: $404.00 US for each applicant

For each family member (spouse/children) added to a petition: $404.00 US for family based

applications and $794 US for Employment based.

SIV cases: $379 US.

K (fiancé/e) visas: $350.00 US cash only

I took that from the website for mtl consulate interview etc.. what i put in bold is the cost of the interview...

but i noticed higher up for the I-130 404 is added for each additional family member...

for the k2 is that also required or is it just one fee of 350$ (even if there is me AND my son)

no matter wher ei look nothing is completely straightforward, anyone that has gone through montreal consulate with a k2 visa (moving right away with the k1) could inform me of the price

You are applying for TWO visas so TWO fees are paid. $350 for the K-1, and another $350 for the K-2. No two for one deal here.

MORE: http://travel.state.gov/visa/temp/types/types_1263.html#temp (I know it says K-Fiancee Spouse, but the fee is paid for K-2 and K-4 too)

OUR TIME LINE Please do a timeline it helps us all, thanks.
