What papers I can already prepare from my side and how?

I am messed up!!!

Seems it happens when read about this all the time...

Now I feel like stucked and overloaded from to much information in my head.

After he receives Noa 2, what should I start to do, and what can I do already?

I can already make translations of birth certificate, ok.

Medical exam. When to do this? Can i do something about this already or I have to wait for them to instruct me where to go and what to do. The same about police certificate. They say in embassy site here that in package 3 will be - "form used to receive police certificate." What the hell it is?

Other opinion or advices???

I would feel much better if i culd do something, othervise this waiting drives me crazy.

P.S. To write to embassy is meaningless, they will just give link where to look and this will be all.

HI! Are u trying to apply for the Adjustment of Status procedure or you are applying for a K-1?

If you are applying for the Ajustment of Status you need to find the local Medical Doctor physician in your area who is refered by INS. You should go to the website www.uscis.gov

Look up your State and the City.

You can obtain the Police Record about you in your Local Police Department Office and they usually charge the sort fo fee of $10 as i can remember.

They are gonna issue the Statment that you dont have any criminal records in the State ans City you are residing at.

HI! If its a K-1 procedure you can obtain a Police Certificate in your country in your local Ploice Department as well.

About the Medical Exam as far as i can remember yuo will have to wait for the Embassy instruction when they are going to refer you to some doctor.

I mean, what can I already do here to make it faster. I would be very sad if there would be delays from my side, because i didnt prepared things I could already.

I don't know where you've lived before, but you can check what you need to obtain police certificates from other countries here: http://travel.state.gov/visa/reciprocity/index.htm

Apart from having your birth certificate translated to English, I guess you could also ask your fiance to fill out I-864 (the affidavit of support needed according to the instructions on the embassy website) and ask him to gather the supporting documents.

The birth certificate must be translated to English, as every other document obtained in another language, according to the instructions.
