Do i just print my inbox showing 'from' , 'subject' and 'date' and maybe print a few actual e-mails. Or do i have to print each and all the e-mails in details? will appreciate your advice.

Don't print 500 pages, they won't read it and it is a waste of paper. Print 5 - 10 for each year that you were together, and save the rest in case asked for

GOod luck

I would only print 1-2 from each month, don't over do it IMO. To print just go into the email and click on print, it should show the "to and from".

Claudia and I did as suggested above, about one conversation per week and a log of our chats. Total was about 60 pages

May love and laughter light your days,
and warm your heart and home.
May good and faithful friends be yours,
wherever you may roam.
May peace and plenty bless your world
with joy that long endures.
May all life's passing seasons
bring the best to you and yours!

Embasssy asks for proof so print out a few e mail of each month and select

8 per page. You should be able to get 4 months per page. Print the first

e mail to the lastest, and bring them along to the interview. They will

not read them in detail, just verify you communicated between such and

such date. The first page you should provide a print out of your and her

e mail address so you verify it to them.

I printed out siince August 08 until present providing 8 per page 3 per

month and printed out a list for all months. Its not a big problem.

I did alot of copy and pasting and made it easy from MS word than printed

the file from word. It took me like 1 hour to do 2 years, no biggie.

Open 1 screen of e mails and start copy and pasting from oldest to newest

until done. I also provided SMS chats from Skype also while skyping the last

2 years also. So they have to proof of communications, E mails an skyping.

The whole process took me 2 hours to do all communication from Augusdt 2008

to present. My Interview with my wife will be around March or April of 2011

until than I continue to do monthly print outs until the time for our interview

together in Kiev. Yes your allowed to attend the interview but maybe not interviewed

by the person interviewing your spouse. But you can attend for moral support.

Sometimes the US Embassy sees your interested in the attendence of the spouse as

a way to show your in love together. Just a show of support for the interviewer.

Good Luck

I printed out some few emails from each month. I selected the most important ones and printed it out double sided to save paper.

We had all of ours but Joseph though "sending an email" meant hand typing a letter and taking it to a cafe to have it scanned to my account. He is still trying to figure out how to find a "face book". I helped a find , she had all the emails in a folder, printed the contents and then selected ones to print ( like every 15th )

This will not be over quickly. You will not enjoy this.

Print a range that shows time progression and continuity. One e-mail per week?

Depending on the email system you use, you can probably print a log of just the sender, receiver, date, and subject line--one line per email. I was able to get 50 or so per page, and while we are outrageous at about 200 emails per month, I didn't kill too many trees in the process. And of course a real email here and there tied back to the log.

Honestly, I wont tell you dont print..... Please print as many as you can but you might not need them. I used two A4 packs of papers to print my evidences but none was even looked at when I was interviewed. But you know every situation is differnt with regards the surronding circumstance so I wont tell you not to do your print outs. It wont cost you that muchg to get everything printed out so that in case they require any thing you have the evidence to sbow.

Best of luck

I would advise you to print all 500 pages. For visa processing in other countries I think it is reasonable to send a sample of e-mails over time. But I doubt that will work in Lagos. I recently read on VJ that someone provided phone records for the last 2 years of their relationship (i.e. 2010 &2009), however the couple had known each other longer than 2 years. At the interview, they were told that they could not issue the visa and had to return with an additional 2 years worth of phone records ( i.e. 2008 & 2007).

I think the easiest way to print the 500 hundred pages is to have the person in the US do it. Print 2 or 4 pages per sheet - and print double sided. Probably easiest to take this to a print shop, although it could be done at home. Once its all printed, they can be sent to you in Nigeria via DHL or FedEx.
