No bill with our names

I will have my turn of filing for removing of conditions in February.

I have joint account evidence, health insurance and tax returns. Birth certificate of our daughter. Mails from his family, pictures but No bills under both our names. I am a housewife and don't earn anything. I have pictures with his family and him with my family. Oh my, I'm feaking out after reading a post from someone receiving RFE for having just the same evidence that I have.

I can also show e-tickets of travel together. I'm so freaking out right now. Can somebody please tell me I'll be ok?

In my opinion, you'll be ok. But no one here can guarentee that. While joint bills are certainly an asset, it is not a requirement to file ROC. I do not have joint bills with my husband, but I have plenty of other evidence

Good luck

Tax treturns or transcripts showing you filing married will carry a lot of weight in conjunction with the rest of your evidence. It is also a good idea to include a cover letter explaining your situation. That covers off any joint infomation you cannot submit.

Our home and all utilities are in my husband's name only as he transferred everything fom his previous residence before we were married. I just expained this in a cover letter. Good luck!

Thanks a lot for taking time to share your thoughts about this. Yeah, it's a great idea to have a cover letter. I hadn't thought about that.

I am just going to submit all that I got. Unfortunately, there'd be no joint bills. It's too late to arrange for that. My husband was laughing so hard saying that he could transfer all the bills in my name with all his pleasure... and he could run away.

I wish some people who have tried submitting theirs without joint bill could post too and appease me :(

Thanks a lot guys. Good luck to all of us.

Well, it may not be too late to get a will, life insurance, dental insurance, fitness center memberships, sams club..but these really are secondary evidences. I think what they are really looking for are joint taxes, joing bank accounts, credit card accounts.

My asawa (wife) was approved without her name on the utilities. I called and asked the various utility companies to add my wife's name on the bills. They added her to the account but would not put her name on the bills. So I explained this in the cover letter.

I included joint banking, joint credit card account, joint auto insurance, proof of my wife being beneficiary to iras, joint taxes, and ids showing the same address, etc.
