Just notify them of the change of address. It won't be a problem. If you were still at the NVC stage you could call NVC and notify them. You could even have her send the embassy an email stating her address has changed.

my wife was live with one from her family and we use her address to file out our papers like I-130 and DS 230 now she move to live with her mother because its close from her work i wonder what i shall say if they ask me where ur wife live
