For those millions, there are millions more that are exposed to higher than usual temperatures. Remember, the US is just a spot on the map. You can't pretend that what we experience here is what the population globally experiences. Well, you can but then you can't reasonably expect to be taken seriously in these discussions.

Posting maps that used data that is incomplete or arranged is such a way to give a desired outcome isn't compelling. The earth is not getting warmer. Only the alarmists still believe it is.

Oh, my brains are just fine - you might want to have yours checked, though. Tell me, have the temperature readings from 2005 as reported in early 2006 somehow retroactively changed? If so, how exactly did that happen? If not, then what makes the report less relevant today than it has been when first issued back in 2006?

NASA functions on pseudo science? They can explore the deep ends of our solar system, fix the world's more powerful telescope in space, put a man on the moon, but can't accurately monitor the earth's temperature? It amazes me how far some are willing to suspend rationale and critical thinking to adhere to such denialism of real science.

Nasa needs funding badly, real bad and so it surprises no one they would jump on a money train while the getting is good. Meteorology is really nothing more than trying to play the old game of predictions. The weather people are better than they used to be for sure but they are often wrong on weather 24 hours in advance yet alone trying to predict the trends years or even decades ahead. want me to put the link where they were saying that Britain has probably seen their last heavy snowfall ever again? Even the National weather bureau has to constantly update a hurricane to narrow the landfall up to the moment it makes landfall. I just read they are saying that this surprisingly cold weather that we are and Europe is having now is due to an unforeseen shift of the jet stream. Ice ages have always been cyclical and never exactly at an even range. We were still coming out of the last ice age I was told back in school before we even heard of this hocus pocus. The Feds are forcing us to do things they really have no absolute proof of. Why is this? Who is getting rich on all this? Follow the money. You sheep buy anything told by your handlers.
