After waiting 6 months we finally heard the best news ever!

I filed our I130 petition for my wife it was received June 24th

The nvc received her file on Nov 03rd

I sent an email to P I supervisor Sue on November 24th to expedite and it was approved 2 days later and send to the embassy on Dec 03rd

After 2 emails sent to the embassy I finally got a reply saying

Dear Sir,

Your wife's interview will be on Dec 29th,2010 at 07:30am.

When my wife spoke to our immigration lawyer today he couldn't beleive that we got our appt! He said it would take months because they are backed up! Thank god our journey is almost over!!!!

11/18/2010- Notice Date

03/16/2011- Case has been updated on website

04/20/2011- Received NOA2 approval email (Finally)

153 days from our NOA1 to NOA2 .

05/30/2011 - Emailed DS3032 ( moving at snail's pace i know )

06/03/2011 - AOS fee Paid

06/03/2011 - Acceptance of DS3032
