BTW, Lisa, it's ironic that you chose as your example, a thread where you did exactly what I know you to do. You took an innocuous question I posted, accused me of baiting, supported the Muslim who attacked me, and her Muslim hater backers, then lead others into attacking me and got the thread closed. Yea, I fought back, and it cost me, but the reward was seeing that Muslim that all the Islam haters cheered on when she came after me run off the forum when they didn't like her anymore. Why? Because she started defending Islam and sounding a lot like me. Muslim hating Muslims - good; Muslims defending Islam - bad. It is notable that you didn't come to her aid when it would have required taking her side against her attackers, but she serves your purpose when you can use her against me. Typical . . .

First of all, I don't have the time you apparently do to search endless thread after thread. The one link I did post showed where I repeatedly tried o reason with you, to no avail. As I also said, I'm not here as often as I was, nor do I venture into the PR forum frequently because it's the same old merry go round, and after a while, it's boring. I don't know to whom you are referring, or what happened to her.

As an aside, it's a fruitless effort to expect people to not talk about Islam when it's used day in and day out as the excuse to inflict terror pain and death upon others. As I've repeatedly said, if some Christian bombed an abortion clinic...or let's say Westboro Baptist Church - does something heinous in the name of Christ, I will be the first to stand up and say THAT IS NOT WHAT CHRISTIANITY IS ABOUT. I won't sit on some message board and say things like 'well, the Nazis were worse', or try to somehow pull a parallel from another religion from 2000 years ago. Exact words you have typed here. It's apologetic nonsense, besides the point, irrelevant to today's society, and that's what you fail to understand. That thread of yours was a bait, absolutely

At the end of the day, you're going to twist what I say here as adversarial and come back with some more back and forth. Regarding that one woman that you challenged her 'Muslimness'...I do believe you used the word 'capitulate' because she agreed with me. Capitulate. Hrmm. Surrender to the 'enemy'. Because she did not stand with her Muslim 'sister'. She disagreed with you, and you said she was 'licking Muslim hater azz.' and also that she was 'not friendly to Muslims' even though she is one herself. Maybe it's time to realize that people fight with you not because you're Muslim, but because of the way you conduct yourself.

But at the end of the day, aren't we all on the same side? Don't we all agree that it's NOT RIGHT to kill people in the name of religion? Isn't it ok to despise someone who will bastardize a religion to use it as justification to harm someone???? Until everyone realizes that, this back n forth in P/R will never stop.

PS - As far as the 'years ago' stuff, I can assure you that I incited no riots. If people jumped on a bandwagon, it was not from my hand, I can assure you. Tbh, a lot was a blur back then, and with everyone's nicks changing, I can barely remember who's who. However, I do vaguely recall the 'trust fund baby' comment....I don't 'attack' you for being an alleged tfb, but I think bragging on the internet - especially about money - is completely gauche and pointless. So is 'I teach at university' ad nauseum. I didn't have you pegged for the need for validation type, but I'm sorry you'll get none from me, whether you are or aren't what you claim.

Ok, one the one thread you have any real experience with, you say you were trying to reason with me, but I was having none of it. Well, apparently, it never occurred to you that, from my point of view, I was trying to reason with you, but you were having none of it, either. You're not as reasonable as you believe yourself to be. In fact, you're pretty myopic. For example, you don't see that the exchange between nab and me was two-way; she was plummeting me, I wasn't just pummeling her. And, yea maybe you dint believe it, but Muslims sometimes disagree with each other. And, she was disagreeing with me, too.

You want to paint this as a one way street and with me as the bad guy, but it's not that simple. You appreciate the bigots, I do not. You don't even think there are any bigots on P&R; I know there are. Like I said before, when your buds attacked nab for defending Islam, she became the bad one, and you did nothing to help her. Well, I'm the bad Muslim all the time here because I don't capitulate to blind prejudice like yours nor the piling on, anti-Islam sentiment you don't see. I'm not a Catholic woman who thinks that thinks that posting negativity about Muslims all day is fine, that false Christian superiority is unifying, that pointing out evil done in Jesus' name over a couple thousand years is irrelevant, and that things that people dislike about Islam are even more intensely applied in the Bible.

Yea, facts are irritating, and, if you stopped denying them, the dynamic and the dialogue would change drastically, but some of you aren't ready for thst. Ok, but that doesn't make me wrong.

Again, I'm not chief defender of anyone, and I don't have a red phone that rings when someone is attacked. I say what I feel when I happen across whatever thread I'm on. I don't follow anyone in particular.

Yeah, facts ARE irritating, especially when you throw out pejoratives like 'blind prejudice' when it comes to my opinion when I've actually never once bashed anyone's religion. Nice! I think that's quite telling, because NO MATTER HOW MANY TIMES I refer to terrorist actions as being perpetrated by 'extremists' 'terrorists' etc (and not just Muslim' as there is a difference and I state so every time) yet, I have 'blind prejudice'. That should tell you something about how you interpret things quite incorrectly.

You remind me of a rabid dog. Instead of a normal dog which barks when there's a reason, one who's rabid who barks at everything. I invite anyone to show through my posts where I am a hater of Islam. You won't be able to...but that'll show everyone how completely full of sh!t you really are.

And I am not the person to judge whether you are a 'bad Muslim' or not, but you fight a lot with people because you seem to have your own agenda; you accuse me of things that are quite outlandish, things I never said, etc. So perhaps your martyr complex is all in your head. Again, I implore everyone to read the thread I posted, and judge for him/herself just how you deal with a calm, logical attempt at discussion.

YOU brought up posting history in your first post when you described your experience communicating with me. Was I to assume you were referring to one recent thread when we go back years arguing on this site? Have you forgotten how often you enlisted your bud sara and hichem to join in your mocking attacks on me? I thought you were crazy back then. I post a lot; sometimes arguing because I don't tend to post on booby threads or game threads. I prefer substance, and people tend to butt heads on those kindsof threads.

LOTS of people argue a lot, especially those who repeatedly post anti-Islam threads. That's why you lose me. You don't confront them; I'm outnumbered, and my points go over your head, but it's me you choose to chastise. How can I see you as anything other than a Muslim basher? Are you not here right now bashing a Muslim? Go bash the bashers and that would mean something to me. As of now, you are an epic failure in my eyes.

So, get over yourself, Lisa. You're not a credible critic of me. Anyone who thinks that what I have to say in defense of my faith is worse than the nasty prejudice and bigotry posted against it has more issues than I care to deal with. I don't need you to tell me what to think or how to post. That comes from MY personal experience (what a concept!). Even without your blessing, I'll post as I wish; ignore it or suffer, since this proud Muslima irritates you so much.
