DS-230 FORMS FOR INTERVIEW, pls help!

I am an F2A beneficiary and my daughter and I will be having our interview this coming thursday, I am just wondering do we need to bring new sets of ds230 forms because we already passed that together with the civil docs in NVC before, I am sure it's with them already, do we need to fill up new sets again?.. if so what will be the date will i be putting? Hope you can help me. Thank you so much! God bless! :-)
