I am not sure what will happen, we got our Medical Exam Jan 4, 2010

Original Interview was postponed so after series of booking delays we got our Interview , October 26, 2010

We are required to submit additional documents and we complied with on November 2, 2010

Papers are awaiting final Review according to DOS

Our passport are still in the embassy and because of Delays plus holidays I'm worried cause our Medical is expiring on January 4, 2011.

What will happen to us...No Visa yet?

Anyone with similar experience?

What type of visa?? Update profile please.

K-1 will need a full medical done again if married and file for AOS after the medical expired.

CR-1 or IR-1 MAY be required to get a medical done by the consulate before issuing the visa.

OUR TIME LINE Please do a timeline it helps us all, thanks.

Is now a US Citizen immigration completed Jan 12, 2012.

here I found you this its from "how to handle the backlog from jeremy&kathy.

"Not only did we address the DHL package directly to the IV Unit Supervisor, we also faxed the Montreal Consulate as well at two different fax numbers we tracked down: 514-398-0973 and 514-398-9748. The fax/email was a single page with large bold letters "PLEASE PRIORITIZE: URGENT: TRAVEL PENDING" addressed to the IV Unit Supervior. In the one-page fax, I briefly explained our situation that we are now separated and my wife is stuck in Toronto staying with friends, and we have paid our son's school fees and he is missing classes. I creatively begged and pleaded in various ways and asked them to do their best to prioritize our case, which was missing only the medical results and was otherwise approved."

I would send them an email/fax as this person did and see if they will hurry it up. Linking you the whole post
