I have posted several times and the second time someone in this forum block my post, I have been very stress out because of my fiancee situation

She is 26 years old, she had a tourist visa for 10 years, she got it when she was 15 years old and she study high school in los angeles, she is from Mexico, she traveled back and forth, never stay more then 6months at the time, her visa expire a year ago and she tried to renew it but it was denied it form not having strong ties in her country. the officer told her she could apply again anytime she wanted. we have been together for over a year and we just send the k1 application, I already received my first Noa1. I am very nervous that the fact that she went to high school in the states while having a b2 visa years ago would affect our application. is this going to be a problem for us?

Thank you very much for your advice and help! I need it.

She will have to tell them on the forms and they will likely find out anyways because they do background and FBI checks. DO NOT LIE. Just tell them the truth and deal with what happens when it does ( if anything does ).

She may be asked about it and should never lie if asked. Things that happened before she was 18 don't carry negative impact. Did she attend school after she was 18 ? When she was under 18 she was legally a child and it was her parents/guardian that was supposed to keep her from doing wrong. When she hit 18 it became her responsibility to do right.
