Hope all of you are doing well! I have been working myself to death! Preparing everything.....The excitement of waiting for our date for the interview and the anticipation of Bahadir coming here and us living our life together is unbelievable! Hope everyone has a beautiful week!

Michelle just saw ur timeline and you will probably have your interview soon. I'm thinking August. From what I've seen, the embassy seems to schedule us around 6-8 weeks after NVC finishes our case.

Still bring some evidence, but not tons because the Immigration officers look at your forwarded packet and when Bulut brought extra evidence the woman (not the IO) told him to just choose certain ones because they can't look at everything. Just show the evidence that helps your case the most. Good luck!

I-130 Sent: 10/08/2010

NOA 1: 10/20/2010

Touched: 10/26/2010

NOA2: 2/10/2011

NVC: 3/6/2011 approx.

No I-864, DS-230 Notification NVC says download files

Emailed Agent form: Response Confirming Change Arrived the Next Day

Mailed I-864 Package: 4/2/2011, Arrived 4/4/2011

DS-230 Received: 4/19/2011

RFE: 5/3/2011, emailed documents same day, email confirmation 5/4/2011

NVC Case Complete: 5/20/2011 (approx. called NVC and they said it was complete so don't know exact date)

Email with Instructions: 5/27/2011

Interview scheduled: 7/14/2011

Consulate had to reschedule, new interview 7/20/2011

APPROVED 7/20/2011

i think they already know everything about us (Bec of USCIS stage) before interview date and its already in their system that you will get ur visa or not thats what i noticed.

The intewrview is kind of formalite to me

Thanks for the advice! We are so ready to get that date! When will Bulut come to the states?
