hello to everybody ...i am in ankara right now (surmeli hotel ankara)its realy nice... today i arrived ankara 5:30 in the morning..i just came to hotel check in is normaly 12:00 afternoon..they accepted...i got breakfast and took shower little rest talked with my wife.and i went to doctor 10:00..i want to let know...first when i arrive there they did take money 50$ they took my blood and xrey...it was only 25 minutes they told thaat doctor will check me 3:30 afternoon.. i said ok. i came to hotel i sleep . before i sleep i put alarm...when my alarm was ringin i wake up 2;00 but i felt a sleep again its nice to sleep. i wake up again cuz my cell phone was ringing she was my wife calling me..i look at time OMG 3:10 only 20 munites for interview with doctor i was hurry up and i just wash my face put clots on and i went to see doctori was at doctor3:35 its not late but i was fast .i waited 15 more munites and doctor called me and he asked me if i have any operation.any tuberculoses any bloodplessure.. any psychological.. and he gave two injections ..and told me tomorrow 3:00 afternoon the results should be ready...i paid 290$ again total 340$.and they gave a cd told to save this when i go us they will ask me for that..and thats it i am hungry i ordered food now i am eating thank u all ... i hope everybody will get their visa...

I have got the good news allright, RFE for Valentines gift from TSC. Now I am waiting for the RFE to see what they need.I feel terrible,after 6 months of waiting and here this RFE.

Call the NVC and ask them what it is, that way you will have a heads up and can possibly prepare ahead of time and that way, by the time you recieve the "hard copy" of the RFE, you can have what they are asking for and send it off asap.... when you call the NVC, be assertive and diligent but kind of course. You are leaving for Turkey soon right, so of course you will want to get the ball rolling with this so you can enjoy your time with Hubby and Mom. It is probably something minor and can be fixed right away! Good Luck and let us know when you have called and what they need. :thumbs:

Melbar congratulations on your medical and thanks for the information. So the hotel is nice? Will you go to Istanbul to pick up wife from airport, or will you have her travel directly to you in Ankara? I'm really excited for you both. Next week!!! You get to go to interview next week!!!! Yeah!!!!

Just think, soon you can hand deliver those papers & that packet you copied right straight to Cehun yourself. It's not that far from now... so hang in there ok?

I received RFE letter today,they want me to send few things to prove it is an ongoing marriage.I already prepared and will mail it to them first thing in the morning.I included affidavits from my friends and relatives,bank cards in US and Turkish banks in both of our names,lots of phone bills,wedding pictures,Turkish bank accounts in both of our names.Iteninary when I went to Turkey to get married.That should be enough I hope.When I first filed I-130 did not sent any evidence,I thought that was for consular session,at least what I was told That "professional"guy did my paperwork.

I feel much better today,USCIS should receive it by Monday and hopefully approval in same week.
