Probably not, I have yet to see any posts indicating USCIS confirming AR-11 or I-865.

Hello, me just having a query on our previous discussion. As per your guidance, we are done with AR11, I 865 and I 751. Now any mail from USCIS, comes to our new address. Thanks very much for your help. For I 751, my biometrics was taken sometime in March 2011. Usually how much time it takes for the new Green card to reach me? For the time being, I have an extension notice of 1 year till I get my new Green card. Is there any link available at USCIS site to check status of processing?

Thanks in advance.

You can use the receipt number from your biometrics letter to check your status on the USCIS case update page.

Approvals times will vary depending on whether your case is at CSC or VSC. CSC is turning them around very quickly (I have seen some as soon as 6 weeks after submission) whereas VSC is taking up to 6 months! headbonk.gif

Check out the thread that corresponds to your NOA1 date to see where others with similar timelines stand.

Good luck.

Hello, i am a little confused here. The I-797C has got receipt number, receipt date and receipt time. If I check against this receipt number, it says case cannot be found.

Also, I have with me the ASC appointment notice that has got application number and notice date. Checking against this application number finds the case and it says "Initial Review".

SO, my application number and receipt number are different. Is this a normal situation? Also, is NOA1 the receipt date and NOA2 notice date? Plz correct me if i am wrong.

Thanks once again

This is normal; the biometrics appointment notice receipt number is your I-751 case number and the one you will use to track your case. Good luck!
