U.S citizen filed i-130 for a parent

My question is in regards to i-130. I’m a U.S citizen filed a petition for my father who is in India with expired green card.

From what I’ve been reading it usually takes 5-6 month for processing time.

Application was submitted on July 22, and received in August 1 week.

On November 3rd got another notice for i-797C Notice of Action that file was transfer to Texas facility.

It’s almost 6 month(from initial filing date) now and no word or no update on USCIS website.

Should I be worried, I thought this would be simple since my father lived in US for 10 years and went to India for 2 years and card expired.
