For any new people or anybody who dont understand the processes

here is and idea or approxmation of the times for the processes

you take for processing a CR-1 Visa

Step I

Petetioners file time from NOA-1 is anywhere

from 90 to 180 days could be more or less

than national average from Sevice Center.

Step II

NVC between 2 weeks to 90 days by law they have to

process your fees and assign you a US Embassy.

Step III

Packets 3 & 4 sent to Benif. with interview date.

It could be 30 to 160 days or longer. No set time

line as each US Embassy has it own back log and open

interview dates. Some Embassy are many months back

logged like India, Canada, even a year or longer

as they are just to back logged at some US Embassy's

India, Montreal, Canada. Etc.

So you really can't project a exacty time line

maybe a 30 to 120 day total processing time for the

overall average. Remember nobodys will take the

same time yours will.

The first step can go fast and the 3rd step and take

twice as long and the other way around also.

1st can be longer and 3rd shorter.

Nobody really knows thats why, they have estimated

total time for CR-1 is 272 days total. So each of your

time lines are different than some body elses.

Some faster some slower, it depends on you. if your

paperworks correct the first time and if your US

Embassy back logged many different things can make

you early or late for your Visa processing time.

Bless all...

All good things come in time....

JUST HAVE PATIENTS . . . . . REMEMBER THIS

Good Luck

Would be nice to get some figures on the variance of those estimates from the timeline stats page on this website.

Sure Since July 1st people sent from CSC to TSC

there have only been 5 approval that came from

TSC so far when they were all sent there on

November 2nd 2010.

The rest of US should be approved by the End of January 2011

Good Luck

This is a little off base from this thread. I was not transfered from CSC my NOA1 was 6/9/2010 still waiting for NOA2. Contacted USCIS and my Senator received reply 12/8/2010 will receive decision in 45 days. So those who are waiting are not alone. Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year?
