Info pass

Not to add to the anger and frustration going on, but I am having a hard time keeping my cool when I see people with similar NOA1 dates well beyond me in the process, and even worse when people with dates after me have approvals.

I made an appointment with Info pass, but am afraid to go. If I have to get up early, pay a lot of money for downtown parking, and still have someone give me the run around-I will lose it. I'm about ready to shank someone as CSC as it is. Has anyone made an appointment with Info pass? If so what was your experience? Was it worth it?

I haven't had the pleasure of having to make an infopass appt yet, but what are you expecting them to tell you? To be honest, I think it would be a waste of time. They're not going to be able to tell you anything differently about your case. I'm afraid you're just going to have to continue to be patient.

8-30-05 Met David at a restaurant in Germany

3-28-06 David 'officially' proposed

4-26-06 I-129F mailed

9-25-06 Interview: APPROVED!

10-16-06 Flt to US, POE Detroit

11-5-06 Married

7-2-07 Green card received

9-12-08 Filed for divorce

12-5-08 Court hearing - divorce final

A great marriage is not when the "perfect couple" comes together.

It is when an imperfect couple learns to enjoy their differences.

I don't see how an Info Pass appointement would help you. I guess the best thing to do is contact your congressmen/senator.

I only offer advice - not even legal. Just the plain and simple kind.

I truly hope you're writing this in frustration and not really meaning this! If you're so angry you could "shank" someone, I have some concerns! Is this how you usually respond to issues that anger you? Take a few deep breaths and understand that you, specifically, aren't being targetted.
