We got our interviews. They are scheduled for Feb 3rd in CDJ.

Now that my husband is a citizen, we are preparting documents to apply to bring his parents here.

11/17/2010 USCIS CASE APPROVED via email

11/18/2010 reciecved phone call from Officer confirming Approval and stating case was forwarded to NVC on 11/17/2010 with RFE info.

11/23/2010 recieved hard copy of Approval my mail

I have an expedited case, and I requested due to the expedite agreement they move it up if possible...and they actually did! :dance::dance: It was a recommendation from a fellow VJer to just ask if it was possible! So totally worth it!

04-20-2010 : Finger printing Notice Received for N400

06-15-2010 : N400 Interview, passed english and civic test, but told to bring addtional evidence

07-19-2010 : N400 Reinterview, additional documents submitted

09-08-2010 : I130 Approved

09-09-2010 : Received NOA2 Hard Copy

09-18-2010 : DS 3032 mailed to both petitioner and beneficiary

What a nice long list for Feb!!!

P.S. Anyone who has an interview date can always try and reschedule their interview for an earlier date. Some times the Embassy isn't too busy and will say yes and other times they will flat out say no. :star: If they are a really grumpy embassy, you might not want to anger them :P
