My husband's interview was on February 14, 2011 at Chennai India.

The interviewing Officer was nice lady and she asked few basic questions about his wife.

Then she asked about my husband's stay in South Korea, to which my husband replied about his education in South Korea.

He did his MS and research in south korea.

Then she asked what he pplans to do in th US to which my husband replied, seeking job or continue research in the filed of Material Science and Engineering.

She said, 'I dont see any problem with you application, your application is accepted and you will receive you visa in a week'.

He was so happy only to get an email from Chennai consulate saying his visa is under administrative processing.

They sent him a list of questions mostly regarding his research papers and if any organization is sponsoring him, letter from his sponsor etc.

the email also says it would take 2-4 weeks for AP to finish.

We are sooo depressed. Did anyone have such an experience???

Its been 2 years since we got married and staying apart.
