hi guys,

i need your help. my uncle is the beneficiary of f4 ( brother of US citizen). the petition was filed long long time ago. when my uncle was still single. now he got married and have two kids. 8 and 5 years old. i called up National Visa center to inquire if its possible that when my uncles visa will be current, can he be able to include his wife and his kid going to the USA. the visa specialist told me to tell my uncle to send the marriage contract and the birth certtificate of his children. thats all he said. my question is, thats just it? send it to them>? just those documents? or shall i enclose a sort of table of contents or something like that in a sheet a paper and perhaps specify what are the documents enclosed in the enveloped? do i also need to put the data of the petitioner? i have no idea how to do it. would u mind to help me out? please? thanks..

merry christmas
