I'm new and beginning my first topic - How bold!!! :)

So, where is everyone at? I just mailed I-129F yesterday. 5 days before the Christmas Holiday, I suspect we may have a few lazy and unmotivated staff...and I totally sympathize! You guys nervous? Excited??? Let's unite! <3

Hi there! Welcome to VJ and Congrats!

We also just filed Dec 1st! Happy to see more of us newbie filers come together. Now just waiting for NOA2 like everybody else who is new.

Mari and Kadir

I don't know how to merge the topics but we probably should. I updated the timeline so that NOA2 date countdown can be included so we know when it's time to start a calling :)

Just to update...I've added a link to the image where our timeline will be updated daily. It's in my signature so you guys can check it anytime.

Also - I will be removing any members that are inactive so we can get a good trend on when we should expect to see things move, unlike Igors list.

I suppose inactive members would be folks that have no updates once we are well past NOA2 period unless we hear something from them.

xo.

:jest: HEY K-1 PEEPS! :jest:

Since I am working on our "record keeping" I thought I'd share this idea with you in case you might want to use it. ***Please note: This is for Secondary Proof of Ongoing Relationship (emails, chat logs, phone records, etc); ***This is NOT USED FOR PROOF YOU MET (which is Primary Evidence: Boarding passes, pics, receipts, etc). ***

Let's PRETEND WE HAVE OUR NOA2's!! Well, maybe it's just better to prepare for that time instead?

When you're wife or husband [to be] and you get to go for interview, they will need to show proof of ongoing relationship since your NOA1 date (as you know).

This is the same for Kadir and I, that we too will show proof of "ongoing relationship"... so, for all the "TO BE WED TO OUR BELOVED VJ'ers" & whoever else would need this sort of thing (I-130's?), this is what I did.

  1. OK so today, I just colour copied then scanned important Texts from my cell phone (I put my cell on the copier for an actual picture of it first. I copied pics from Thanksgiving, to Christmas, to New Year's Day).
  2. Then I cut out the cell fone pics, and taped them on one page
  3. I scanned that page for our USCIS pc file (I had two pages).
  4. Next I made colour hardcopies prints x 3, from the scans for each of our files: one for USCIS, one for him and one for mine.
  5. Also, I printed our Visa Journey. com profile and timeline. Same thing, 3 copies!
  6. I put the originals in our USCIS notebook under Secondary Proof of Evidence tab

Good Luck and don't forget to keep records!!!!

Mari :girlwerewolf2xn: <<<<<---- lol... I love that
