i'm planning to have mr. loxy send his packet 3 in as soon as i hear from DOS that UK consulate sent him the packet 3.

yeah, I hear ya. I was thinking his interview might be in july some time. *fingers crossed*

he went for his medical, today!

Hey everyone, the site seems to have gotten quiet.

I can say that the closer I get to this part being done the more anxious and stressed I become!

Maybe this stress will lead to some weight loss lol. Although I didn't join our thread's fitness

challenge I have been doing a lot of walking (5ks twice a week and shorter walks with my Nemo combined with my

eliptical on the other days. I truly believe that exercise helps with stress! Also, it is a good thing that Michael has a knack for calming me down! How are the other beneficaries coping as the POE date gets nearer?

I know Lise, I'm sorry. I have been somewhat depressed and annoyed at how long I had to wait for K to get back into Turkey that had I posted, I would have been full of piss and vinegar (more than I already was! LOL). Now, since his packet for Embassy with the duplicate packet 3 for himself is in Adana & he's home --- I can finally chillax! I've been working long hours and several days in a row to catch up as well. It was good for me as it kept my mind busy. When I thought I would have a day off this weekend, Saturday? I got called in anyhow. But the great thing about that was I had already deep cleansed the house, had my list of groceries to get for afterwards and I was set to go! I did get it all done but let me tell you I was exhausted when I finally finished the day off.

I am dying to get to yoga! I had to put it on the back burner there for a hot minute and I can feel it (stress wise). I'll definitely be there this week a few times!

Today, is a good day! I'm happy and in peace.

How did package 3 from Montreal arrive? DHL? Or Canada post? I'm seriously hoping not Canada Post or my package is going to get lost with this looming strike.

Also, did they let you book your medical in Toronto without having received package 3 yet? I'm wondering if I should have just lied to her and told her I had it rather than that it was in the mail.

I paid my fees and registerd with DHL, sent it through them - it is free.Today I called DoS and a very nice visa specialist told me that packet three is logged, seeing the other timelines for Montreal I expect to hear around June 10th that packet 4 is on its way.

Kadir is finally HOME IN ADANA!!

I got to talk with him this morning (and yes, I bit him for making me crazy for the past 8 mos). But I was so happy to hear his voice on a NORMAL FONE without silent loss of satelite signals! He said his father brought him his "normal fone" so he could call me right away but his family came to "welcome kadir... come have a sit down" and evidently, I was the last to know. So I bit him again. LOL LOL

My Askimsin, Kadir: You will soon read this post I am leaving for you. Seni cok seviyorum, kalbim seninle! Now have a good sleep because tomorrow you have work to do... The Embassy awaits you. HURRY UP!

I might just go ahead and send my package in as well. I'm curious to know why this lady in Toronto is given me such a hard time about booking my medical without package 3 in hand, what does it matter to her? I was hoping to get this stage out of the way asap as I work in television and things are getting crazy as we prepare for fall programming and we're coming up on a vacation black out period.

Haha, well he's from the UK and i took mine in dublin so i doubt i did! glad to hear that it's moving forward though!

Check your embassy's website. Many embassies have the entire Packet 3 online so you can just print it yourself and submit it. Hope it works out!

Yea i have all the documents.. only thing i am worried about is the "checklist" that they said that they would send.. that i cannot find..

the 3 forms i printed out though, i do hope i get it tomorrow.. if not then i am gonna call the embassy and ask them what they need and i will just send what i have

Our Embassy did not send a packet 3 file... they just sent an eNotification to download it from their site with instructions. I emailed to confirm no further packet and they affirmed the online download. I know every Embassy is different in the way they send out Packet 3. Question: Doesn't each Embassy have the required list designated for that particular country on their home webpage so everyone that is waiting for their Packet 3 doesn't have to wait for the mail?

It's rainy out in SF today. Such a difference when we had a beautiful sunny weekend!

An update: our case was sent back to Uscis from Nvc on the 25th..I have to give it one more week to cOntact uscis and find out what's going..fro doing a search on the forums this has happened to other people before and some cases can take 120 days for them to review it so you can all imagine how I feel right now..

I came back from seeing him yesterday and today got these news..idk what to think

so our case has been sent to the NVC now YAY...and its been there for 9 days...what happens next-as in-will we get another email to say 'we have sent your application to sydney consulate' or will daniel recieve a letter in the mail stating that? how will i know that its being processed? and will they send a DHL number??

ok soo....what number do I call to bug them lol...and when should i start calling- should I wait 2 weeks? And then what do we ask when we call? just that its been approved and sent to sydney-or for a new case number so we can track or an ID or what lol...im a bit clueless
