Montreal is all booked for June/July up until Aug 23! The only way to get an earlier appt. is if there is a cancellation...but that interfers with other bookings that are needed (medical/hotel/flights). So I will count my

blessings and go with the 25th! It will be a big crunch for my Sept 11th wedding but I will do it!

Well guys, that looks like it's about all of us done with VSC / CSC and we're all either at NVC or Embassy. There are a few folks that either have not updated their timelines or have not received NOA2 yet.

Well. I found my case. It's still at USCIS - VSC.

The officer said it's bouncing from cart to cart. My heart broke when I heard it. It hasn't even made it out the door yet. They put in a service request, and i emailed a copy of I-797 to NVC so they can inquire as well.

Dizzy, bouncing from cart to cart?? I am suspicious of the accuracy of that information, hmmm. I am sure it will get worked out soon. It is confusing for sure.

Has anyone heard from Mari since yesterday morning? She seemed a little "at wits end" contrary to the organized girl who has helped us all along this journey and some of us more than once, ok, some of us several more times than once. I hope all is well for you Mari. I was feeling a little guilty because I am one of the lucky ones who can open my cell phone and call my Fiancee anytime and I do so each day. What a luxury!

I did my medical exam and guess what?!!! I have to undergo for sputum test. It's my 2nd day now. PLease pray for me thanks!

DOES ANYONE KNOW WHAT HAPPENED TO OUR THREAD THIS MORNING?

Someone put a post up about being removed from Dizzy's list because the relationship dissolved and then an administrator put up a post about not following the rules of VJ and being banned from further access yadda yadda yadda. Now both of those posts are gone like nothing ever happened.

Hmmmmmmm. Inquiring minds [ me ] want to know.... I'll get back to you on that.

Ok, here is my mystery of the day, called the NVC and was told by alive human, no record of your case give it 2 more weeks and call back. Ok fine!! So I am at my work and I go to the mail box at lunch time and there is a letter to me at my work address from NVC stating my case was received and will be forwarded to the Manila Embassy within a week. And it has a MNL case number.

So why didn't they tell me on the phone? and why was it mailed to my work address?

OK happy is a good thing Rex! If it were me..... I'd go with the letter they sent you in Black & White. Why? Because anyone can twist the words of a verbal conversation; but it's hard to argue a document that stands on it's own defense without anyone to discredit it! So.... looks like you're a winner! @ Rex, Diz, Nea & Lise: Would you believe me if I told you I'm good today? Let me say that yesterday I was fit to be tied!

However, the good news is I was under several deadlines all due at once. Basically, I got behind when I was working on our Packet 3... blah blah... but that's now behind me and it's waiting for K when he gets home. He did call yesterday from the "fone room on base" --- he has to be escorted since he's not officially working now, but only last minute training the new guy who took his place. So he's allowed to go from his pod to his office and back. That alone will encourage him to get back to Turkey and all I can say is, :rofl: :rofl: THAT'S WHAT HE GETS! LOL LOL LOL.... < Mari > The whole conversation was 3 mins and because I was so stressed, first I bit him... then I told him, "you better hurry up because next interview is in December and I'll go marry an Italian".... and the fone went beeeeeeeeeeeeep.... signal over.

I had a med-legal case hearing yesterday and all my reports did not print my credentials on the actual documents! Ach!!!! Anyway, 2hrs on tech support, etc etc... blah blah. I finished and reported well. I was beyond hateful so I stayed off here [before Rex asked me another question I already answered months ago] LOL LOL Just Kidding!! But I really didn't have time to log in and I was bit pissy, cranky and fully out of sorts! Yes, that was a confession. I think I'm working too many long hours in one day lately so I'm going on a little day trip soon before I go berzerk. One day with my dogs... I'd be happy.

And where have you been!? OMG Ms. Manila, do you think you can only ask repetitive questions,drive me crazy and then run off in silence?! You are the only one, no I take that back, you and Rex torture me! LOL LOL Ok in all seriousness: The sputum test is normal for your med hx and I'm happy to see they're following protocol for you. Let me know how that goes. Always will pray for my sanity and your spit. No worries there... lol.

That Decemberite Timeline LOOKS FANTABULOUS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Yes, we have our little family and yes, we most certainly do R O C K!! Very proud of how well we're all doing. I'm just waiting for the last few results of APPROVED!!!
