@rallybug, congratulations on the packet 3, all the letters from the us embassy in england comes like that they don't waste time/energy/resource in making it pretty it is all about functionality,

Hey there. I'm right there with you. I have called a few times but I haven't even received a service request number. They basically just told me to wait and then they told me I could email VSC. That has done absolutely nothing for me. Hopefully, we will hear something very soon!

You think is it time for me to write to senators/congressman ? I am not really sure if that helps..I will reach 5 months and 2 week on 05/17 since our first NOA and getting really frustrated..I called USCIS and they just gave me a service request #... :crying::huh:

....im in the same boat...we filled around the same time...we rand the USCIS...and didnt even get a service request # ????? ARGHHHHHHH

Hopefully this is the week...good luck to all of us....

I'm so tired of waiting :( They seem to be approving mid January filers now and have completley over looked us. I'm missing my Fiance so much it hurts

I know everyone says its coming soon... but looking at your ticket thing it says it's been 4 months and 1 week... i was just shy of 5 months when I got my NOA2 so I bet yours is coming soon.

Ok here's some Mari "juju" and it's mixed in with a little of that Jamila "ju ju" .... that's enough rub rub for you! Too much, and the USCIS may fall in love with your file, and never "fondle" it properly so it's sent off to the NVC!

I just can't believe this :D Mari...your juju really worked...my hands are shaking as I am typing this...I just got a text from USCIS that our case has been approved and that they have sent hardcopy of NOA2 in mail...thanks to all of you for words of support...now the just few more (L) days for me to reunite with my love... (L) God is great.

anyone call to find out if their petition went through NVC already? I tried last week but they said they had no record of it yet :(

Yea, I got that story this morning, the person tried to tell me I should wait 15 days, yea right!!! They get 3 and I call back. :protest:

I called this morning :) She said it takes anywhere from 12 - 15 days for things to be logged with NVC, not including weekends. Give it some more time :)

That's right! IS your packet 3 all set and ready to go? Police Certificates ordered? Medical Records ordered? Forms filled out? Make sure you have the most updated ones from your embassy!! Do you know where to schedule your medical?
