Good Morning all!

I was going through some of the threads in the Forum section, K1Visa and found one that spoke about receiving the dreaded RFE, it is really worth the read! I was pleasantly surprised at how some members turned this around to being not such a horrible thing. It was posted as "Got RFE after 5 months 2 weeks".

Keep in mind it is not to say I would be happy with a RFE, but if we get one I hope to be able to spin it to a positive situation like these VJs did (some of them had received RFEs).

This is the kind of posts we need to read, positive within the negative!

Oh, Michael and I still cannot get our case status site to work, we emailed California..no response..but I have our graph to follow that will be just as helpful!!!

Enjoy your day!

Lise

Tnx Mari and Kadir :)Both for the invitation to join this thread and for making it possible for all of us to meet here and share our thoughts.

I just learned how to check on our case status and see if it was touched or not ... It hasnt :( Last time it was touched was on the 12 th Dec, that is when they received it :( So no news since then ...

Morning Natasha!

OK but there have been many MANY case files where they never 'touch' the file and next thing you know, they get APPROVED! Touch just means somebody moved it from one desk to another! lol... And ours hasn't been touched since Dec 8th! Have you started working on your Packet 2 yet Sistah!? There's months of work to be done there.... trust me, it will keep you busy for a while. :P

Hello December 2010 filers. I was invited to take part in this thread and I guess due to my NOA1 I am more suited in this thread than the November one  . I'm the beneficiary in our petition, my fiance is not a member of these forums so I try to get us the information we need. I'm sure you will all get annoying questions from me when that NOA2 finally gets cleared  . I'm happy to see this thread is so active and positive!

Also, DiZZyLoX, could I please be added to the timeline? Thanks.
