* My certified birth certificate

* Police clearances

* Certificate that I had never been married/previous marriages have been dissolved

Evidence of Support:

You're a darling and you know it! So now that you're head is on straight, let me tell you why mine is not.... lol

Yesterday, I had a mega headache from sitting in a snail's pace of traffic for hours. I came home starving, ate and passed out on the couch at 6pm. I woke up at 10pm (FOUR HOUR NAP?) but very zombie like. I was mentally groggy, not thinking clearly. Here I was waiting for "The Royal Wedding" thinking, anytime now it's going to be on tele! LOL. HELLO? I AM A WEEK EARLY! NOT April 22nd, it's April 29th ... but guess when I figured it out? That's right, at 1am because I got so enthralled with anything remotely interesting on movie channel I didn't think about the date! LOL duh mari....

When I finally looked online (about time) for which channel it would be on, is when I realized my boo boo! It was 2am in San Fran. LOL Needless to say, I woke up super late this morning but very well rested and my headache is gone. Thank God!

At our Ankara Embassy, the DS-157 is required but I want you to check your Embassy's site. I went to your Singapore site and it brought me back to the Travel.State.Gov, which lists the docs you have. On your Sinapore Embassy site there is an email addy; use that to ask them specifically if you are required to submit the DS-157 form. If so, I am leaving the link for you here.
