no biometrics schedule no notice except for NOA1

hello everyone,

I am still waiting for my biometrics letter or anything from USCIS...I sent my package way back August and received NOA1 August 30/10. Until now, havent heard anything not even a biometrics schedule or a letter...DAMN USCIS!!! I called them and was told the only thing I can do for now is wait...what does that mean? until when?

Sorry, just venting, I am just getting very frustrated.

Did you file a service request with them? Where are you located/what's your local field office?

I dd not because I have noidea what should I do now... I was told to wait.. What will I do?

I would call again tell them you're checking on your status of your case. Because you don’t have the Biometrics Letter to give the CSR the receipt number (It's diff from the NOA receipt number) they may say your case cannot be found then you should be transferred to another Dept who will be able to access your file and give you status on case.

I didn't get a Biometrics Letter, even though they said they mailed it, and I was schedule for an appointment the next day. Luckily I called and they faxed me a copy and I had no issues.

Just try calling again.
