I am U.S. citizen petitioning for my Chinese Fiancée.

Question 1

The I-134 is sent with my copy of I-129F packet to my Fiancée for her interview ?

Question 2

Does the I-134 need to be a notarized copy, or is non-notarized ok ?

Yes! She has to have it for an interview but it dos not need to be notarized.

Retain your copy of your petition materials and send an additional copy to your fiancee. Not need to notarize the I-134 anymore. It is signed under penalty of perjury.

it does not have to be notarized. For more information check the instructions about I-134 on USCIS webpage. Look for I-134 as a form in the list and then open the instruction file. Good look to your fiancee at the interview:-))

I think we are sending the I-129F packet in the 2nd week of January, after vacation breaks.

Then you are several months premature on the I-134. Now is the time to be concentrating the petitoin package.
