Passport siza photo with signature at the back

Need some clarification about passport size picture. Well, we mislooked at the guide because it says there just to write the complete name at the back of the passport photo. But sad to say that my wife write her birth-date and signature also. Would this be acceptable?

yes in pencil write your name, your dob, YOUR ALIEN REG, NUMBER,OR YOU CASE NUMBER, DATE,
