Can US citizenship be revoked?

I'm having a big issue right now...

I got my residency through marriage... during my marriage I got unemployed and joined the army for a living...

Me and her are apart now for about 9 months and our marriage is not working out anymore for a lot of reasons and she is threatening me to file for fraud..

We are married for 18 months and I got citizenship by a waiver through the army...

Can she file fraud and I loose my status? even though she is the one filling for divorce?

(our issues are more cultural, she doesn't like and doesn't be part of my community)

IF - and that is a big IF - she proved to the satisfaction of USCIS that you entered the marriage fraudulently with the sole purpose of getting a green card and not because you had a valid marriage - which is very unlikely to happen without strong evidence, often documentary, especially after you were already been approved for your green card and satisfied USCIS about the validity of your marriage enough to receive citizenship - and USCIS investigates and agrees that the evidence is condemning, then they can revoke your citizenship. Her just telling them you committed fraud, especially as the spouse in a marriage that has gone south, will not gain much credibility. She would have to provide good evidence to that effect - and only you know whether that is a realistic possibility or not :) .

Citizenship can be revoked for fraud but it doesn't happen just on someone else's say so. There has to be irrefutable proof that fraud was indeed committed. I suspect you have nothing to worry about, except the unhappiness of the marriage and the divorce.

“...Isn't it splendid to think of all the things there are to find out about? It just makes me feel glad to be alive--it's such an interesting world. It wouldn't be half so interesting if we knew all about everything, would it? There'd be no scope for imagination then, would there?”

I agree with kathryn, I would just like to add that in case she would actually do that, do you have evidence that it was a "real" marriage and no fraud was commited such as pictures, letters etc. then just keep them on a safe place just to be sure

Sounds like idle threats and your citizenship was granted through the military, not through marriage. Would be more concerned about obeying orders in the army and being on time. Military has always been good at breaking up marriages, takes an extra special spouse to live with those long separations. Would visit your Chaplin for support and advice or your commanding officer.

Wondering about my neighbors marriage, his wife recently came back from Iraq, doesn't seem to be the same happy person she was, its terrible after a two year duty over there. This doesn't have anything to do with immigration, just military life.
