Hey guys,

I am sure this question has already been asked but I could not find the answer.

So i applied for my AOS on my k-1 visa. I received two NOA1s for my advanced travel and pre- employment before my green card. I did not receive anything for the actual adjustment of status. Do I just have to wait for my appointment for biometrics?

Rec NOA1: January 7 2013
Biometrics:January 25 2013
Green card approved: June 17 2013

You should have 3 NOA1s maybe you will get that one next week?

Your interview took 67 days from your I-129F NOA1 date.

AOS was approved in 2 months and 8 days without interview.

ROC was approved in 3 months and 2 days without interview.

Generally, iIf you haven't received an NOA1 for the I-485 thirty days after they received it, you can give a call to the i-800 number and let them know you haven't received a receipt and need to talk to an immigration officer (the person who answers the phone is a call center person and not an immigration person). The immigration officer should be able to update you and order a receipt if it hasn't been issued yet. You know that they have received it because you did receive your NOAs for the EAD and AP applications which went at the same time, but you should have one for the AOS application as well. It could just be that it is taking a little longer, especially with the Christmas mail and such, and you will receive it over the next few days.

I will be on the look out for it.

Then if I don't get it I will for sure give them a call after 30 days
