Complicated Love Story - Help!

Well like I explained several posts up, my fiance will be making a trip to the hospital to see if he can find his medical records from the emergency room, dated back from April of 2010. He will also try to get a "guest sheet" photocopy from the young workers 'dorm' where I had been living...sheets I had to fill during the time he stayed with me, with the dates, and signed by myself and the landlord.

If those two things work, I believe we'll be good to go!!! If not, I'm going to see what I can do about making another trip out there in February. I am looking for a job, and I think I am very close to being hired in early January. The employer might not be too crazy about me making a trip out to Europe so soon into being hired, but I will simply explain the situation. (The tickets were actually already purchased...I just was planning on not going if I didn't have to, because of the job situation. He even had said, don't worry about coming out here now, just concentrate on getting a job). I need the job at least 3 paychecks worth before his interview (for the Affadavit), so I'm hard pressed to find something soon.

We'll see...only time will tell what's going to happen. He is supposed to head out to my old town on Tuesday, to see what he can find for evidence. I'm keeping my fingers crossed.

Thanks everyone for all your advice/support - luckily I found this site before I sent everything in !!!:)

Understood. I was mainly addressing the suggestion of using the EXIF information from the photo as evidence of when the photo was taken. I was making the point that the EXIF information was less reliable than the photo image itself because it's easier to edit. I also explained that USCIS will tend to believe your secondary evidence if you provide believable primary evidence, and disregard your secondary evidence if you don't have the primary evidence.

In the days of PhotoShop and photo-realistic computer graphics, there will never be any guarantee that a photo has not been fabricated or doctored to appear to show something that isn't real. If you have primary evidence that strongly indicates that the photo could be real, then the adjudicator is not likely to question it.

So you don't think they would believe this person was at the Taj Mahal?
