My fiancee (Filipina) and I (US) are preparing for our interview at the US Embassy in Manila. In the Instruction Packet 3, Number 2. Required Documents, g. Other country Police certificates.

It says Applicants 16 years and older must present police certificates form other countries they have lived for 6 months or more.

Since she and I have been living together in the Philippines for the past 3 years, I have been doing tourist visa extensions for various lengths of times.

Several of my stays have been longer then 6 months. Does this mean that I have to get an NBI Clearnace from the Philippines also. Or does this only apply to her.

Thanks in advance for the info.
