    • If We do not marry here will I get deported

Entered On F1 in Dec 2004 got H1 in Oct 2008 worked for few months and never worked till now. H1 was valid till Oct 2011 but employer cancelled it

without telling me in Feb 2010 and about to marry US citizen in jan 2011.Friend is co-sponsoring because Fiancee doesn't make enough money to support me.what should I do? Any Help would be appreciated.
