....Nov 18 2010 since the last follow up call my husband made and advised us to receive NOA2 withing 44 days...uhmmm last touched we got was Nov.29,2010.Anyone out there who's June filer like...ur inputs very much appreciated....

Yeah You are right..and one thing annoying was we can't do anything but to wait and give what they will ask for us...being apart to your love ones is really killing me!! everyday every morning I need to be in front of computer to check for any updates in my case, the sad thing is I can't see any changer in dates and no updates...exhausted.But still need to have more patience.... @ dsamyra thanks for your inputs..

I am a June filer. I waited 150 days, the contacted my senator and congressman. My I-130 was approved shortly after. If you haven't done so, I highly recommend contacting them. They can, at the very least, make an inquiry re: your case.

I have put a inquiry with the senator's office and , I recieved a letter from USCIS afterwards that our petition would be adjudicated within 45 days. It is all very frustrating. I know patience is the key, but I miss my husband and I just knew a year ago this time we would be together know.... and we are not.

Wow it's hard to believe you good folks are still waiting. We got approved in 147 days with out calling a congressman,,,and we got approved on the same day as touch? We only find out by mail. I can only think that there must be additional work they must do with your petitions.. Hope you get your Noa2 soon..

I can only think that there must be additional work they must do with your petitions.. Hope you get your Noa2 soon..

.I am thinking of our relatives who's insisting to call a congressman regarding to our application...he offer his help by calling the congressman even in our early application process but I refused, but not this time...maybe I need to make an extra move here...Thanks a lot guys..
