No, only US citizens can petition for a fiance(e). LPR can petition for a spouse.

How long it will take for the petition??can i go to the philippines and then ill marry him!and come with me to go back here??

Spouse of a green-card holder falls under the F2A visa class, which averages about 2 years to get a visa number.

How long have you had green-card? If more than 5 year you may consider becoming a US Citizen, and as a citizen, there is no limitation on visa class, as soon as USCIS approves the I-130 petition they assign a visa number.

No, he will not be able to leave immediately after your marriage. Once you are married you can file a petition for him. He will have to interview in Manila.

Ok thank you!so what should be the best way to get my boy friend!!??because i am pregnant!

the best way is to marry him.file for f2a petition.its approx 2 years of waiting.dont waste time.if you are here in the US for more than 5 years apply for us citizenship.
