Certified English Translation Help!!!!!!!!!!!!!

My husband sent me the certified translataion of our marriage certificate from Arabic. I notice that he reference me as Mrs. D. B... in the paragraph indicating that I am free and able to marry. Br... is my maiden name. Do you think that the NVC could infer that I was married to Br... instead of single? I might be stressing but it is definitely a typo. he also reference our marriage as a "Mixed Marriage" OMG I am so worry. Why use mixed marriage.

What did you send to USCIS when you first filed the I-130?? Do you still have that, and can you send a copy of that to NVC?

If not then perhaps getting a better translation done by someone else.

i dont understand, they put your maiden name?, this is not a problem, in all marriage certificate is so, and mixed marriage is not a problem, is just because you both are from diferent religion. Dont worry!

I was worried because they titled me as Mrs, not Ms. I now understand the mixed definition. The original translation I have but it had the wrong time of day and the new one had the wrong title for me. What a joke. Can any translator do it perfectly.

But i think that is a translation and is understood as Mrs, but not to worry call to USCIS, they tell you what to do and is quick 1800-375-5283, is free

Yes we both were present at the ceremony. The original certificate is in Arabic and I even had a translator there for me as they performed the ceremony. The second translator just referenced me as Mrs. Boo instead of Ms Boo which is normally how to reference a single woman. I will send my offical state sealed divorce degee showing that my previous marriage was disolved and include my birth certificate to show my maiden name.
