Hi everyone ;)

I've checked my status online and it says "Initial review" and that they sent me instructions, what to do next.

Can somebody tell me, what the instructions are about e.g. medical examination etc.?

Thanks!

That's what ours said yesterday, today they sent out my stepdaughter biometric notice, bit slower than the others in the November site. Was the same with my wife, but interview dates posted were like ten months, she was done in three months.

Regarding the petition for my unmarried over 21 stepson, haven't done a darn thing in the last three years. But not sure about him, does have an advanced degree in architecture engineering, but not the bit interested in learning English, where his little sister speaks superior English to any American and is carrying a 4.0 GPA average in her junior year in college. His cousin is working her as an internet network engineer, and another cousin is going to school here working on her PH.d in biological engineering. Only way I can communicate with him is with messenger using a Spanish translation program. So if he doesn't want to learn English, what can I do?

Obama is of no help, far more interested in bringing people here from Afghanistan and Africa, doesn't care about Latin America. Stepson can't find a job, really don't have to be an engineer to build a shack on those many mountain sides in Venezuela, but maybe they do, a ton of them slid down with the recent heavy rains. Still don't know why Chavez is so popular, many of my wifes' co-workers were laid off, his is driving that country into the ground, but does give free beer. How can people be so stupid to get a free beer once a week? I give up. On the meantime, we are sending him money once a month.

This must mean that your papers are already under review and that the next letter you should be receiving is either a letter for your scheduled interview or an RFE if they need additional documents from you.

If you sent everything that you think they might need, then it must be your interview letter ;) Goodluck on your interview!

Were you able to change your address with them? Call and check again, just to double-check that they sent the letter to the correct address.
