Are you adjusting status in the USA, or preparing to file an I-130 for a spouse visa??

You you have Chinese character support on your PC, you can always have her email you the correct characters, and you can simply print out and past this on to the form.

No, it's not sufficient. You have to answer the question... which says write it in Chinese.
