correct me as I am not sure but could her father (if he is a us citizen) not sponser her through a visa

Note: Grandparents, aunts, uncles, in-laws and cousins cannot sponsor a relative for immigration.

However I know I have read somewhere on here that these types of visas take years to get. I saw it somewhere where married children petitions where at like file date of 2002 and unmarried were at 2006.

I too would suggest the route of a K-1 or cr-1 visa but you seemed to want a family sponser more then anything so I wanted to point out it is possible but will take a length time to get. Good luck

Can I not move and work there without being married to him beforehand or within the 3 months for the engagement!

You can visit for several months at a time but you wouldn't be able to work.

You didn't mention your father being a US citizen so I don't see how he could help. Your aunt and cousins being American are irrelevant for immigration purposes.

Why don't you visit for a few months to find out if you are willing to move forward with your relationship. Then file a K-1 fiance visa.

The immigration process is not easy, whichever path you wish to take on the journey. No, there is no easy way to just move in with your boyfriend and be able to work right away. It does not matter who are your relatives or what they do for a living, each immigration journey will come with its fees, timelines, and headaches...
