was given a 221g today

my husband is so devastated and wanted to make it for the Christmas but he was given a 221g about phone records. he told me they drilled him with questions for 1hr and 30mins, so guys be ready, i sent him 2010 phone records and rebtel calling card records but they want the one for 2007,2008.. calling card records, he had phone record from his Nigeria cellular, yahoo chat and video call from 2008 and 2009, he had emails since 2004 . i thought we were prepared but they still wanted phone calls from 2007,2008. they said the phone records printed online from t mobile website is not official and i do not have any calling card record from 2007,2008 since i was only using different calling cards. before the interview i went to t mobile office requesting a print out with their letter head and they said they can't give me one.....now i have no idea on how to get the records i have called my lawyer and hopefully will get something from her but right now i am so devastated and very confuse.....any highlight will help me please.......

I am so speechless...... who did your husband have to interview him. I am just speechless I too use t-mobile and I printed my bills from the website so I am confused at them for saying they are not good....The only advice I have is to be persistent get what you need maybe u can request your bills from those years in question. I know I called the t-mobile customer svc and requested my call logs from 2008 and they sent them...I then went through all my bills with a highlighter and highlighted the 800 number from the calling cards because I was using calling cards at that time. So sorry to read about another call records from Lagos. I don't know what to say. I use tmobile too and I have printed out all my 2010 call records. I pray it's enough as I no longer have access to 2009 records. Please get them what they need. I will suggest calling tmobile and request the call logs from 2007 and 2008. I believe it's $5 per cycle. It's well. Hang in there.

Lagos is the most stubborn of consulates. If you say you have had a relationship since 2007 they will expect proof of all that period. Maybe you can get your senator/congressman involved as this is really excessive demands.

I also print mine from t-mobile website and it is the actual bill wat are they talking about..i think they just want the bills from 2007 i swear they just want to see if we will jump thru hoops

thanks guys ...i am still trying to put things together i will let u know as soon as i get something from t mobile.......and email them, hopefully put all together and get the evidence they want to bring my husband here.........thank you so much for all your support..

Sorry for the 221g that was issued to you. Lagos Consulate is a hard consulate to give you making it not so easy to issue a visa. Try and give them what they want. Once you have sent what is needed to your husband, then schedule an interview by emailing them when you are ready. Im sure that once everything is received I believe that everything will be fine.
